OSLib Portable module typo for PowerOff.

Hiya,

Small typo in the Portable module for Portable_CommandBMU.

The definition of the PowerOff should be:

Portable_BMUPowerOff          = Portable_BMUCommand: 1

It's currently defined to be 0, which would not have any effect.
