Nothing specific, but I went on a quick look at the ROOL site to see if 
there was any information on SWI changes in each release. I didn't find 
anything obvious, and didn't fancy having to trawl through the change 
logs to find them.

Hence suggesting that there needs to be a mechanism to automatically 
extract these, and pass them to oslib maintainers and other interested 
parties.
