Being the person who spend the last year most of his spare time on getting
GCCSDK 4 in shape both as cross-compiler and native RISC OS version, *and*
getting the first pre-release out on RISC OS *and* actually having done
the OSLib ELF conversion, I can only suggest it once more to you : feel
free to spend your own free time on the things you find important.  I'm
more than happy to commit your fixes and test them out in an cross-compiler
environment as that won't take much time.  On the contrary RISC OS builds
of OSLib do take significantly more time.

We had this discussion before : I don't think I made changes which
fundamentally prevent RISC OS builds, so feel free to get it back in shape.
